We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free of scratches, stains, or signs of use
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and quality reasons, flatware that has been used or washed cannot be returned.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping will be covered by ELiTA Essentials only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Custom or personalized flatware
• Special-order items
• Items showing use, wear, or damage after delivery
• Sale items, promotional purchases, and gift cards

For hygiene reasons, used, washed, or altered flatware cannot be returned.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused and unwashed
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
