Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control.


Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may experience longer delivery times.


International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout, where applicable. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.


Shipping Delays

ELiTA ESSENTIALS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. ELiTA ESSENTIALS is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
